What a day!!!

Today is really not a good day to start with and its a Friday! Pissed! 

Early morning my colleague told me that yesterday one email was send to me tell me about the haulier is at our yard. 6.30pm? Who the hell is at our yard at 6.30pm? Come on, we all knock off at 5pm. Still got the cheek to said that i don't read my emails? Come on. I cannot be 24/7 reading emails. 

So the email said forwarder will have to back charge me of the additional hour of waiting time from 6.30pm - 7.30pm. SERIOUSLY, WHO THE HELL IS AT THE YARD?!??!?! GHOST? Faint!!!! 

After i wrote a short and simple email as per below: 
As per last email attached, we have already mentioned to inform us once units are out from port and we wasn’t inform that your haulier is trucking in yesterday so we shouldn’t be billed with any additional charges.

The reply i got was: 
Yes XXX did instruct XYZ to send over to yard and park it there for today’s unloading.

The instruction to standby for offloading came from our whse guy, thus we will not bill you the standby charges.

Thank you.

So this above email is what i gotten with clarification. However morning was my colleague said i don't read emails??????? Auntie visit today? Because of small issue? I did highlighted that units discharged from port were suppose to inform me. It stated very clearly what. Haiz.... 
My hubby said i'm always on the phone. Yesterday, i decided to take a break, and this is what i get? !@#@!#^$%^%#$@#

Another incident again just right after XXX headed to yard. Waited from 10am till 1.30pm. Non equipment came in for the offloading and onloading. What is the landlord doing? We have booked 2 days in advance. From 10am - 1pm but nobody bother to tell us equipment is bla bla bla... Just leave us in the lurch. End up all my client trailer got to leave. Nothing has been done. 

What a great day to start off with....
